Sunday Morning Pre-Registration 2020
 
 

The Highlights:

When: Second Service only, beginning August 9th

Where: Two classrooms – Tweenies (Birth – Potty Trained) and Kid’s JR (Potty Trained – 6 years old)

What: Limited capacity – Tweenies has space for 6 children and Kids JR has space for 16 children

            Sign up in advance to guarantee a spot (still welcome the day of if space allows)

Check-In Procedures: Check-in will be in the library. We will take temperatures and ask you to read over the sick policy to ensure your child is not experiencing any symptoms. We will verify your emergency contact number and then take your child to their classroom. Check-In will begin at 10:45 AM. In order to allow for efficient cleaning after service, we ask that you pick up your child immediately following second service.

COVID-19 Precautions:

–          Masks recommended for ages 2 and up, but not required

–          Temperatures will be taken with a no touch device on the forehead before entrance and those with a fever, whether children or adults, will not be permitted to stay

–          If the child is experiencing any signs of sickness, per our written policy that has been emailed out and will be posted on the doors, they will not be permitted to stay

–          Spray hand sanitizer is available for children and volunteers to use

–          Individually wrapped snack and drink will be provided. Please no outside snacks

–          No additional belongings will be allowed in the classrooms to limit the amount of germs being brought in.

–          Playing outside to provide more space as much as possible when weather allows

–          Classrooms will be sanitized before, during and after use

Summer Events 2020
 
Hey Friends! 
 
This Summer we are doing things a little differently. Since their are guidelines in place that make it more challenging to meet in person inside our building, we will be having a summer series of events outside or in the pavilion with all windows and doors opened to allow for air flow. This allows for us to gather in groups of 25 or less and does not require children or volunteers to wear masks. We will do our best to keep germs to ourselves while enjoying being together! Below you will find the dates and links to register your children for any of the summer events we will be having. Feel free to register for as many as you would like, we just ask that unless your child is sick or an emergency comes up, you bring them since space is limited. If you know something has come up, you can call the church office (717-355-7800) or email avrabel@nhcnazarene.org to let us know so we can open that space back up. In the event of rain, we will move the event to the next weather permitting evening (i.e – Thursday). 
 
All events are scheduled from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM unless otherwise noted.
